Southeast District shooting detectives for the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) are investigating a non-fatal shooting of a man on Nov. 24.
On Thursday, at approximately 3 a.m., officers responded to the 100 block of N. Lakewood Avenue for a shooting. Once they arrived, officers found 23-year-old Henri Jones who was suffering from gunshot wounds to his head.
The victim was transported to a local hospital by medics where he is listed in grave condition.
Neighbors reported hearing gunshots and then seeing a vehicle fleeing from the area, but could not identify the type of the vehicle.
