The Eastern District of the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) are in investigating a homicide which occurred on Nov. 15.
On Tuesday, at approximately 4:42 p.m., officers responded to the 2000 block of Orleans Street for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers found 33-year-old James Wilson at Dino’s Restaurant who was suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he later died.
