Baltimore Police Department (BPD) officers responded to a shooting on the 1800 block of Washington Boulevard on Oct. 30.
According to a press release, they found 26-year-old Marquise Powell, who has not yet been identified, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for critical injuries, and is in grave condition.
