On Oct. 20, a Baltimore man involved in a non-fatal shooting had his hearing postponed until November before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Shannon Avery

In December 2014, Raheem Watson pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and use of a firearm during a felony violent crime in connection to an incident on April 28, 2013.

The prosecutor informed the court that today’s hearing was for a violation of probation. He also noted that the defendant had a pending matter scheduled for tomorrow in Baltimore county.

Watson’s, 31, defense counsel Dana Karangelen told the court that her client had requested a postponement due to his wanting to hire private counsel.

Judge Avery granted the postponement, scheduling it for Nov. 17.
