The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the morning of Oct. 19.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 5200 block of Cuthbert Avenue at 11:39 a.m. for reports of shots being fired, where 26-year-old Walter Ferguson was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim was pronounced dead on the scene by medics.
