The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the late evening of Oct. 15.
According to a news release, officers were called to the unit block of S. Monastery Avenue at 10:48 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where 38-year-old Arthur Comegys was found suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center and pronounced dead by medical personnel.
Homicide investigators were summoned and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2100.
