On Sept. 5, at approximately 9:41 a.m., Eastern District officers responded to the 1400 block of North Milton Avenue for a report of a shooting.
When the arrived, officers located a 53-year-old male, suffering from a possible gunshot wound to the head, according to a press release. The victim was conscious and alert.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
