The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the evening of Aug. 30.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2300 block of Edgemont Avenue around 10:42 p.m. to investigate the sound of discharging coming from inside a residence. Officers found 59-year-old Clinton Bowser inside a residence suffering from an apparent gunshot to the chest.
The victim was pronounced deceased by medics on the scene.
