The defendant was previously charged with having a handgun on his person, having a loaded handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, having a loaded handgun in a vehicle, and discharging a firearm in Baltimore City.
The defendant was released on $100,000 bail in April and is scheduled to return to court on Oct. 6.
