The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the evening of July 23.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 1300 block of W. Pratt Street around 7:47 p.m. for a shot spotter alert, where a 27-year-old man was found at Boyd and Carey Street suffering from a gunshot to his thigh.
He was transported to an area hospital by Baltimore City medics for treatment.
