On July 12, a Baltimore man charged with first-degree murder was scheduled for trial for February of 2023 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Devin Davis, 34, is charged with first-degree murder and use of a firearm during a violent crime in connection to an incident on July 4, 2021.
Davis’ trial is scheduled for Feb. 8, 2023. It is expected to last five days with Judge Althea Handy presiding.
