The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the late evening of June 19.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2800 block of Kinsey Avenue around 11:55 p.m. for a shooting, where they found 50-year-old Bilal Baha Omar suffering from multiple gunshots to the upper body.
Medics transported this victim to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
A second victim, a 39-year-old male was found on the 2800 block of West Baltimore Street, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg and a graze wound to the head.
Medics transported this victim to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
