The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the early morning on June 2.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 300 block of South Pulaski Street around 2:26 a.m. for a shot spotter alert, where they found a 29-year-old Kenneth Blackstone suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Once the medics arrived, they pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
