A 35-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 39-year-old man on May 9.

The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Myron Watson, 35, exactly eleven days after the incident on the 3000 block of E. Preston Street around 9:43 p.m. regarding a shot spotter alert, where officers found Kennod Taylor, 39, suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased by medical personnel.

Investigators believe Watson shot and killed Taylor on East Preston Street, after an argument.

Following his arrest, Watson was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault and multiple handgun violations.
