A 30-year-old homicide defendant had his case end in nolle pros on May 10 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Charles J. Peters.
Quron Williams was charged with first-degree murder, two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, manslaughter, two counts of use of a firearm during a violent crime, two counts of possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, having a handgun on his person and having a handgun in a vehicle in connection to the incident on Sept. 14, 2019.
Judge Peters listened as the prosecutor entered a nolle pros for the defendant.
According to a colleague of the prosecutor, there was an issue regarding one of the witnesses. No further information was given to Baltimore Witness.
Williams was represented by defense attorney Lawrence Rosenberg.
