The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on April 17 on Church Street.
According to a news release, at approximately 4:20 p.m., officers responded to the 1600 block of Church Street for reports of a shooting. They found a 21-year-old man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
