The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the late evening on March 20.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 4200 block of Grace Court at approximately 10:55 p.m. for a shooting, where they found medics rendering aid to 22-year-old Allan Howard suffering from a gunshot. However, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene by the medics.
