The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the early morning hours on March 18.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2300 block of East Eutaw Place in the rear alley to investigate a man lying on the ground at approximately 2:39 a.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found an unidentified man suffering from multiple gunshots to the head.
The medics took the victim to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
