The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting in the early morning hours on March 7.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2400 block of Frederick Avenue at approximately 5:23 a.m. to investigate a shot spotter alert, where they found an adult male on Payson at Christian Street suffering from an apparent non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The medics took the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
