A Baltimore man accused of homicide has a trial scheduled next December.
Bryant Whitaker, 25, is charged with first and second-degree murder, use of a firearm in a violent crime, and illegal possession of a regulated firearm in connection to an incident on July 21, 2018.
On Jan. 12, Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Schiffer listened as counsel scheduled a trial date for the defendant.
Whitaker’s trial is scheduled for Dec. 1 with Judge Lynn Stewart Mays presiding.
