A 21-year-old shooting victim is refusing to tell Baltimore Police Department officers where he was shot on Dec. 31.
According to a news release, police were called to a hospital for a reported shooting victim shortly before 10:30 p.m. when they found him with a gunshot wound to his shoulder.
Police said the victim would not tell them where the shooting happened.
