A murder defendant, who is currently being held in Cecil County, was scheduled for a trial in August.
Brandi Richardson is charged with first-degree murder and firearm use during a felony crime for allegedly shooting 33 year-old Georgio Johnson on April 7 on the 1500 block of N. Broadway.
According to counsel, the trial will last five days.
Judge Melissa Phinn scheduled the trial from Aug. 24 to Aug. 30
