A shooting on Dec. 12 left one man dead, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
Around 4:40 p.m., officers were called to the 6000 block of Belair Road, a news release states, where they found a 29-year-old man, later identified as Darius Morton, with a gunshot wound. Police later learned Morton was shot on the 4200 block of Powell Avenue.
Morton was taken to a hospital where he later died.
