The Baltimore Police Department arrested a second suspect in connection to an attempted murder nearly eight months ago.
Around 3:30 p.m. on April 22, police were called to a hospital where a 22-year-old shooting victim went for treatment. Police said the man told them he was sitting in his car on the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue when he was shot and then drove himself to the hospital.
Kahi Richard, 19, was arrested a week later, and on Dec. 8, detectives arrested Donte Price, 28, around 7:30 a.m.
Richard and Price are facing attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment, and multiple firearms charges. Richard remains held without bail, while Price was taken to Central Booking and awaits a hearing before a court commissioner.
