A 45-year-old man was killed in a shooting on Oct. 21 along Penrose Avenue.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, officers were called around 6:15 p.m. to the 1900 block of Penrose Avenue, where they found Ronald Morgan Jr. with a gunshot wound to his head.
Medics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
