19-Year-Old Man Charged in 2020 Homicide

A 19-year-old Baltimore man was arrested in connection to a homicide over a year ago on Tunbridge Road.

According to the Baltimore Police Department, Andrew Frazier, 19, was standing on the 900 block of Tunbridge Road when he was allegedly shot by Datwain Jackson around 9:05 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2020. Frazier then ran down the 5400 block of Lothian Road and collapsed.

Frazier later died at a hospital, police said.

In a news release on Oct. 21, police said homicide detectives and agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives identified Jackson as the alleged shooter and also learned information regarding other cases.
