The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that injured a man as he ran away from the gunfire.
On Oct. 3 around 5:40 a.m, police were called to the 3500 block of Seagull Avenue for a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they found a gunshot victim on the 3500 block of Round Road, a new release states.
The victim, a 36-year-old man, was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
During their investigation, police learned the victim was walking on the 3500 block of Seagull Avenue and ran away when he heard gunfire. As he was running, the victim realized he was shot.
