A 36-year-old shooting victim has died as a result from his injuries in a shooting earlier this week.
The Baltimore Police Department reported that Donnell Smith was pronounced dead at a hospital on Sept. 22 after he was shot on the 1200 block of N. Decker Street on Sept. 20.
The case was upgraded to a homicide investigation, and detectives are asking anyone with information to call 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.
