Victim in Triple Shooting Charged with Attempted Murder

The Baltimore Police Department’s investigation into a triple shooting in April led to the arrest of one of the victims on Sept. 17.

According to a news release Cody Boothe, 26, was arrested and charged with three counts of attempted first-degree murder in connection to a shooting on April 15 around 5:10 p.m. on the 3400 block of Leverton Avenue.

Boothe, who was shot in the stomach during the shooting, walked into an area hospital for treatment. He was later charged and is currently being held without bail at the Central Booking Intake Facility.
