The Baltimore Police Department has arrested a 47-year-old man for attempted murder in the shooting of a 29-year-old man nearly a month ago.
Damian Palmer was arrested and charged with first-degree attempted murder for a shooting that occurred on Aug. 21 on the 6000 block of Belair Road. Police said the shooting was a result from a dispute with the victim, who was treated for a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
