23-Year-Old Accused of Shooting Offered Plea

Tyrazz Hope, who allegedly shot a man last year, was offered a plea during reception court on Sept. 14 at Baltimore City Circuit Court.

According to CBS Baltimore, Hope is being charged in connection to an incident on the 4100 block of Eirman Avenue on June 11, 2020, when a 33-year-old man was shot.

The victim survived.

The prosecution offered a plea of 50 years, suspending all but 25 years, with three years probation for attempted first-degree murder, and 20 years for a firearms charge to run concurrently.

Hope is scheduled to return to reception court tomorrow, Sept. 15.
