Victim Shot While Walking on Ramsey Street

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on July 16.

According to a press release, a Shot Spotter alert sent officers to the 1800 block of Ramsey Street around 3:30 a.m. A few moments later, officers also received a call for a walk-in shooting victim at a local hospital.

At the hospital, officers found a 36-year-old man with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the buttock.

Further investigation revealed that the victim was shot while he was walking on the same block where police were called.
