The Baltimore Police Department updated the public July 13 about a homicide that took place on the 1200 block of N. Potomac Avenue four days before.
According to a press release, the victim of the fatal shooting was 24-year-old Joseph Frazier.
As of Tuesday, there have been 182 homicides in Baltimore in 2021.
