Man Shot in Southeast Baltimore

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on July 12.

According to a press release, officers responded to a local hospital at around 2:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found a 22-year-old man with gunshot wounds.

The victim told investigators that a vehicle shot at him while he was in the Brooklyn Homes neighborhood. The victim was then taken to the hospital.

Southern District shooting detectives were called to the hospital, where they assumed control of the investigation. 

Investigators are searching the neighborhood for a crime scene.
