The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide that happened on July 11.
According to a press release, officers were called to the Russell Street overpass at S. Monroe Street at around 5:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, they located an unresponsive adult woman.
Medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. She was taken to the Medical Examiner’s office to determine the cause of death.
Police updated the public July 13 that the homicide took place on the 1800 block of S. Monroe Street.
