Non-Fatal Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place on July 4.
According to a press release, officers responded to the 3800 block of Belvedere Avenue at around 9:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, they found a 32-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he sought treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
He told detectives he was sitting in his vehicle on the 5200 block of Cuthbert Avenue when an unknown man attempted to rob him. The victim drove off and the suspect opened fire.
After being shot, the victim crashed his vehicle, got out of it, and ran to Belvedere Avenue, where he called the police.
