Northwestern District Shooting Investigation
On August 12, 2026, at approximately 9:04 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers were in the 3100 block of W. North Avenue conducting proactive enforcement when they heard discharging.
The officers canvassed the area and located a 45-year-old male who was suffering from a gunshot wound in the 3100 block of Westwood Avenue. The victim was conscious and breathing.
The victim was transported to an area hospital by medics where his condition is unknown.
