Police Arrest 66-Year-Old in Vehicular Death of 36-Year-Old Motorist

 Southwest District Fatal Vehicle Crash 

On August 3, 2026, at approximately 10:37 p.m., Baltimore Police Department Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 100 block of North Hilton Street for a report of a vehicle crash with injury. 

Once there, officers learned that a 66-year-old driver of a 2002 Ford collided with a 36-year-old motorcyclist. The driver of the Ford fled the scene but was located a short time later. 

The 36-year-old male motorcyclist was transported to an area hospital, where he later died. 

The 66-year-old Ford driver was arrested and charged with DWI. 

Crash Team detectives are investigating this incident.
