On July 25, 2026, at approximately 8 p.m., Baltimore Police Department Southwest District officers responded to the 3200 block of W. Baltimore Street for a stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers located a 19-year-old Brielle Handy who was suffering from a stab wound.
The victim was transported to Shock Trauma where she was pronounced deceased.
Homicide detectives were notified and have assumed control of the investigation.
