Teen Shot on Vine Street, Police Investigating

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southwest District.

On June 30, at approximately 8:38 p.m., Southwest District officers responded to the 2100 block of Vine Street in reference to a ShotSpotter alert.

At the scene, officers located evidence of a shooting. Shortly after, officers received noticed of a gunshot victim seeking treatment at an area hospital.

At the hospital, officers observed a 15-year-old boy receiving treatment for non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
