The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a fatal shootings that occurred earlier this month on the 1800 block of N. Payson Street.
Rashad Howell, 22, was fatally shot on June 10. The shooting, which occurred shortly after 10 p.m., left two other victims injured.
One victim, a 20-year-old woman, was listed in stable condition following the incident.
Police reported that the second victim, a 22-year-old man, was hospitalized in critical condition.
No update has been provided regarding either surviving victim.
