The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southwest District.
On June 10, at approximately 2:14 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of S. Carey Street to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
Southwest District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
