1 Killed, 2 Wounded in South Baltimore Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Southern District.

On June 6, at approximately 2:51 a.m., Southern District patrol officers were called to the 1000 block of S. Hanover Street to investigate a report of a discharging.

Once there, officers located a 40-year-old man, a 35-year-old man, and a 41-year-old man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victims to area hospitals. The 41-year-old man succumbed to his injuries, while the 35-year-old and 40-year-old victims’ injuries are considered to be non-life-threatening.
