Downtown Shooting Suspect Arrested With Loaded Handgun

In reference to the shooting that occurred over the weekend in downtown Baltimore, investigators have arrested 32-year-old Antonio Chase.

Chase was wanted in connection to the shooting of a 30-year-old man. Detectives later learned the shooting occurred in the 300 block of Marion Street.

On May 10, at approximately 1:37 p.m., officers arrested Chase while investigating the shooting on the 100 block of N. Eutaw Street. During the arrest, officers seized a loaded handgun from Chase’s person.

Chase was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault and various handgun violations.
