Central Park Heights Shooting Investigation Upgraded to Homicide After Victim Succumbs to Injuries

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a shooting investigation in the Northern District.

The shooting that occurred April 12 in Central Park Heights has been upgraded to a homicide after the victim succumbed to his injuries.

He was initially listed in stable condition.

While investigating, detectives learned the victim was shot on the 4900 block of Palmer Avenue.
