51-Year-Old Man Shot in Southwest Baltimore

The Baltimore Police Department announced (BPD) announced an investigation into a shooting incident in the Southwest District.

On April 10, at approximately 8:36 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of W. Lexington Street to investigate a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers located a 51-year-old man suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
