2 Juveniles, 1 Adult Charged in Curtis Bay Triple Shooting

Detectives from the Baltimore Police Department have announced the arrest of three suspects in connection to a non-fatal shooting incident that occurred late January in South Baltimore’s Curtis Bay neighborhood.

The shooting, which occurred Jan. 31 on the 3900 block of Fairhaven Avenue, left three people were injured. The victims included two men, ages 32 and 41, and a 15-year-old boy who sustained critical wounds.

On the date of the incident, authorities arrested a 15-year-old boy and transported him to the Baltimore City Juvenile Intake Center, where he was charged with illegal possession of ammunition.

On March 25, Warrant Apprehension detectives and Baltimore County Police located a second suspect, a 17-year-old boy, on the 7700 block of Town View Drive. Police say the suspect had evaded capture earlier that day at a Baltimore County high school. The teenaged suspect was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.

On April 7, at approximately 6:15 a.m., Warrant Apprehension Task Force members arrested a third suspect, 32-year-old Eric Pinkcett Jr., at a home in Burtonsville, Maryland. Pinkcett was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
