The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Northeast District.
On March 25, at approximately 7:47 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Rossiter Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an 18-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his head. Medics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
