In reference to a shooting that occurred Feb. 26 in the Northern District, detectives have arrested 35-year-old Othneil Carr Jr. of Baltimore.
Carr was arrested in connection to the shooting of a 28-year-old man on the 2900 block of Boarman Avenue.
On March 10, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Carr without incident on the 2800 block of Boarman Avenue. Carr was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted second-degree murder.
