The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Northern District.
On Feb. 4, at approximately 8:48 a.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to the 2600 block of Edgecombe Circle for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified man and woman, both who appeared to have suffered gunshot wounds. Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene.
